Why make 'em?

They make you wait, and wait, and wait... just so you can spend 5 minutes with 'em. Like my time isn't as valuable as theirs. Then they really goof up. They scheduled my appointment with an ultrasound tech only not to have me put on the schedule after all. No one wants to take the blame, it is always "someone else's fault."

I really hate that.

After 2 hours of driving and sitting and waiting and my five minute visit, I get to come home to find a cute little package on my front doorstep.

Now I hope it's a girl and not another goof up on their part!
