Ben's first catch

Well Ben made his first catch on his new fishing pole that Santa brought him.

For over a week Ben practiced his cast in the back yard and caught Irene over a hundred times. ^_^

Then the day came and we went down to Bayview Park and poor 'ole Ben did not catch a thing, did not even get a nibble.

However, Ben was not discouraged.

He kept talking about catching fish, big fish. You could ask him, "What are you gonna do with a fish when you catch him?" Ben would always respond the same way, "Eat him!"

It happened, on his second time out. Ben caught his fish.

It was a whopper of a trout, but when you asked him what are you gonna do with that, he responded, "Go home fish!" So we threw him back. Go figure.
